I am a foodie at heart, so deciding to eat Keto was a huge jump for me. I first started out by finding replacements for my favorite foods like Yorkshire Pudding and chocolate mousse. Now, I don't miss any foods since I've learned to create or modify so many dishes I love. 

I use the Pinterest App to keep all of my recipes on hand especially when at the grocery store. I also post recipes I have modified using techniques I've learned over the years.

I LOVE my Instantpot for so many reasons, but especially since it is so easy to use. I bought my first pot while living on a boat to save space since it is like having seven pots in one! I recommend everyone to add this to your kitchen, especially for those just learning to cook.
